Caregivers for the elderly can be anyone who is taking care, in some way, of an elderly person. This includes family and friends of the elderly, professional and volunteer, and is done for many different reasons.

Caring for another person in this way can be very rewarding at times, but at other times, very challenging and stressful. This section provides useful tips for caregivers who need support, and provides you with information on training courses, specifically directed at caregiving skills.


Useful Information on Caregiving
Caregivers have an important job when dealing with the elderly. Below are a range of resources that you can download to provide you with information, inspiration or guidance.
